RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to encrypt the transmissions between RealOrganized, Inc. servers and your computer. This is the same technology used by banks to secure their transactions and is the most powerful encryption available for commercial transactions today.

We do not retain credit card information nor do we automatically charge your credit card.

RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM employs extensive security measures to ensure the safety of your data. Firewalls and other software protections are used to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control.

All RealtyJuggler data is redundantly backed up nightly. We also do an offsite backup of all data weekly, in case of a catastrophic disaster.

You can restore an individual record to a previously saved version. Three restore points are saved for each record, allowing for restoration of an individual record at three specific points in time, typically 1 day, 1 week, and 2 weeks ago.

All RealtyJuggler data can be exported and used within competing CRM products. This prevents vendor lock-in, and allows you the freedom to switch real estate software vendors as you wish. The format of all exported data uses industry standard convention suitable for use within Google, Apple Addressbook and any other Contact Management or CRM Product. You can download your data at any time by going to the Main:Settings:Export section of RealtyJuggler. We also offer a free Google Sync capability. This capability provides an additional, automatic level of redundancy to your contacts and appointments.

All your closings, listings and other deal information can be exported as a Service Report in RTF or PDF format. This format is readable by Microsoft Word or Adobe Reader. You can back up past closings to your hard drive, a CD, as well as print them out. This information is useable by you without an active RealtyJuggler Membership.

All of your RealtyJuggler data is retained forever as long as you keep your Membership active. Should your Membership lapse, your information will be retained for an additional 60 days.

How can I make a backup copy of my RealtyJuggler Realtor Software database?

You can export your RealtyJuggler data by going to Main:Settings:Export.

How can I use RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM if I do not have internet access?

You can syncronize RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM with your smartphone using RealtyJuggler Google Sync technology. Once your sync is completed, a copy of your RealtyJuggler contacts and calendar are stored on your phone and you can access that information, even if your phone can temporarily not reach the internet. You can even make changes to that information, and once you gain access to cellular data again, that information can synchronize back to your RealtyJuggler account.

I fired my assistant and am worried they might still be able to damage my RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM data. How can I lock them out?

You can control sharing for your RealtyJuggler data by going to Main:Settings:Sharing. From there, you can revoke or limit access. You can also review a log of changes to your data by going to Main:Settings:Log. If you have any concerns, don't hesitate to give us a call at (970) 672-3467 and we can review your database and help you the make the security adjustments you require.

I would like to make archival backup of my RealtyJuggler closings. How can I do that?

You can download a service report for each of your RealtyJuggler closings by clicking on the Service Report tab inside of each record. You can download that data as either a .rtf or .pdf, which can be opened in Microsoft Word or Adobe Reader respectively. This means you can review that data, even if you no longer have a RealtyJuggler membership.

Is the data that I enter into RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software private?

Yes. RealtyJuggler does not resell or otherwise share the information you have entered and stored within the RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM. You can review our privacy policy here.

Do you store my credit card within RealtyJuggler?

For security reasons, RealtyJuggler does not retain your credit card information. We use a third party credit card processor to handle credit card transactions. You can also send us a check, if you prefer.

Do you automatically charge my credit card when my RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software free trial ends?

RealtyJuggler does not automatically charge your credit card. When you are ready to purchase or renew your membership, just sign in and click on the big red Buy Now button. We feel that we need to earn your business each and every year. We never want you to feel that we are charging you for something you forgot about, or may have thought you cancelled. You will get an email and SMS text message reminder 5 days before expiration, as well as on the day of expiration.

Will I lose my data if I forget to renew my RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software membership?

RealtyJuggler will retain your expired membership for at least 60 days. That way, if you are on vacation when your membership expires, you will have ample time to renew. If you pay for your membership early, any time left on your free trial is converted to extra time for your paid membership.
