I want to share just a few specific deals using RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM. How can I do that?

The easiest way to share specific deals is to use the Service Report tab inside of the detailed view of a record. Turn on the Web Link feature and send the link on that page to the person you want to allow access. They can then access read-only the summary information for that transaction. This is perfect for sharing showing feedback with your client, or party contact information with a loan officer. You can revoke access at any time by turning off the web link.

How can I limit access my assistant gets to my RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM account?

When you set up sharing for your RealtyJuggler account, you can grant read-only access, limit access to income calculations, and also track all changes your assistant makes to your account.

As the office manager, how can I access the RealtyJuggler for each of the agents in my office?

When you set up sharing for a large office, you will be granted access to multiple RealtyJuggler databases via the Accessing drop-down menu. Individual agents can't see each other's data, but you can flip between each account and make changes and view information within each of those accounts.

I just fired my assistant. How can I block their access to RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM?

You can control who has access to your data by going to Main:Settings:Sharing. You can also repurpose one assistant's account for another assistant, or get a pro-rated refund.
