Adding RealtyJuggler to your Email WhiteList

Increasingly, Internet Service Providers (ISP) are using filtering systems to try and keep spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the email that you want to receive. In many cases you are not notified (and neither are we) that your email didn't get through.

To make sure that RealtyJuggler emails are not filtered into your "junk" folder, please add administrator@realtyjuggler.com to your list of trusted senders. Follow the directions below.

Gmail

• Sign into Gmail and click on the Gear icon in upper-right corner of the screen.
• Select the "Settings" menu. Click on the "Filters" tab at the top of the screen.
• Click on the "create a new filter" link at the bottom of the screen.
• Type "@realtyjuggler.com" under From.
• Click on the "create a filter with this search" link.
• Make sure "Never send it to Spam" is checked.
• Click Create filter.

AT&T

• Sign into your AT&T Webmail account.
• On the left navigation menu, click Address Book.
• Click Add Contact.
• Under the General tab, in the box under the Email Address, enter "administrator@realtyjuggler.com", and click on the "Add" button.

Comcast/XFinity

• Visit xfinity.com and click the Account icon in the screen’s top-right corner.
• Click the Mail icon at the top right to go to your inbox.
• Click the Address Book tab. Click +Create Contact in the top menu (looks like a head silhouette with a plus sign).
• Under the General tab, in the box under the Email Address, enter "administrator@realtyjuggler.com", and click on the "Add" button.
• Add administrator@RealtyJuggler.com email address and click Save to save and whitelist the contact.

Windows Live / MSN / HotMail

• Go to the "Options" page.
• Under the "Junk Email" section, click on "Safe and blocked senders".
• Click on "Safe senders".
• In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe:" field, type "@realtyjuggler.com", and click on the "Add to list" button.

Yahoo! Mail

• Click on "Contacts". Click on "Add Contact".
• Type "administrator@realtyjuggler.com" in the "Email" field.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Save".

AOL Mail

• Click on the drop down arrow to the right of 'Mail Options', then click on 'Address Book'.
• Click on "Add Contact". Type "administrator@realtyjuggler.com" in the "Screen Name" block.
• Click the "Save" button.

Microsoft Outlook 2013

• Open a message from the administrator@realtyjuggler.com
• Click on the "Home" tab at top of screen.
• Click on the "Junk" drop-down menu and select the "Never Block Sender's Domain" menu item.

Outlook.com

• Click the White Gear on the Blue Outlook bar - the icon is to the far right.
• Select "More mail settings"
• You will be taken to the Outlook options screen - under the heading "Preventing junk email" click the link "Safe and blocked senders"
• Click Safe senders and in the "Sender or domain to mark as safe:" field, type "@realtyjuggler.com", and click on the "Add to list" button.

SpamArrest

• Click "Senders", then select "Add Email Address".
• Type in "@realtyjuggler.com" to authorize the change.

Earthlink

• Click on "Address Book".
• Click on the "Add" button.
• Type "administrator@realtyjuggler.com" in the "E-mail" field.
• Click the "Save" button.

McAfee SpamKiller

SpamKiller works along with Outlook, Outlook Express, Outlook 98, MSN/Hotmail, and POP3 accounts. To make sure your RealtyJuggler email passes through, you need to add us to your Personal Friends list, or Global Friends List. Here's how:

• Click the "Friends" tab
• Click "Email Address" tab
• Click the Down Arrow to view your Personal Friends List
• Choose "Add A Friend" (right side)
• In the Address box, enter: "@realtyjuggler.com". You can name it RealtyJuggler. Then, click "Add".
• Click Save

NetZero

• Log in to your NetZero Web Mail account.
• Click on "Options" (along the second row down, next to Address Book).
• Click on "Safe List" (in far right column, the third option down under Filtering).
• In the space provided, "Add Address to Safe List", enter administrator@realtyjuggler.com, then click "Add"
• Click the "Save" button (bottom right of screen)

Norton AntiSpam

AntiSpam works along with Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape and Yahoo (POP3), MSN/Hotmail to block many kinds of emails before it arrives in your inbox. To make sure your RealtyJuggler emails pass through, you need to add us to your Personal Friends list, or Global Friends List. Here's how:

• Start up Norton AntiSpam, Click the Status & Settings tab
• Click "AntiSpam" (middle of the screen).
• Click Yellow "Configure" Button (bottom right of screen).
• Click "Allowed List" tab (the 2nd Tab on the list of tabs).
• Click  the "Add" button (lower left).
• In the "Email Address" box, enter administrator@realtyjuggler.com (Use RealtyJuggler in the Name field)
• Click "OK" (bottom of screen).

Apple Mail

• Open an email from Administrator@RealtyJuggler.com.
• Click on the "RealtyJuggler Administrator" name at the top of the email and select the menu item "Add to VIP's".
• Do the same thing again, this time selecting the menu item "Add to Contacts"

GoDaddy

• When you’re logged into your GoDaddy Web Mail, go to "Settings"
• Click on "Spam Settings"
• Add *@realtyjuggler.com to your white list

SBCGlobal

• Under "SBC Global Mail", click "Options"
• Under "Management", click "Filters. Click "Add"
• Under "From header" just to the right, enter *@realtyjuggler.com
• From the "Move the message to..." pull-down menu, choose "Inbox"
• Click "Add Filter"

Verizon

• Click "Address Book" in the left column
• Click "Create Contact"
• In the e-mail field, type *@realtyjuggler.com
• In the nickname field, type "RealtyJuggler"
