(without the quotes) in the first name field. This means that you are looking for all the contacts that do not have a ! in the first name field, which will be ALL of your contacts. (If you get a pop-up box saying "Unnamed Group", click the Unnamed Group button to continue.)

- The instructions differ slightly with different versions of Agent Office, so the above instructions might not match perfectly.
- The Agent Office export file might not contain your categories. This is a limitation of Agent Office. If you would like to maintain categories, one strategy is to export all records within a category into a single export file. Save the file name the same as your category name. Repeat for as many categories as you need to export. Then, send us these exported files and we can load them for you, and pre-assign the category based upon the file name.
- Sign into RealtyJuggler and go to Main:Settings:Import. Select "Contacts" menu item from the "Import" menu. Select "Agent Office CSV Format" from the "Format" menu. Select the file you have just saved and then click on the "Import" button.
