RealtyJuggler Email Tracking
RealtyJuggler allows you to track who has opened your emails. This feature is automatically enabled.
Any emails you send will include an invisible embedded image called a "Web Beacon". When someone opens your email and displays that image, the status of your email within RealtyJuggler will change from "Sent" to "Sent+Read". You can see all of the emails that you have sent by going to "Main:Mail:View All Mail".
The "All Mail" screen displays all pending and sent mail for 90 days. After 90 days, sent mail is archived forever within the record itself and can be viewed within the "Service Report" of the deal or Contact record.
Some email programs will not automatically display embedded images. If that happens, a load images button will be displayed with the email, allowing the recipient to load the email with images.
If images aren't displayed, the web beacon will not be triggered, and the email will not be marked "Sent+Read". This means that if someone reads your email without images, the status of that email will be "Sent" even though they read the email.

Web beacon tracking is the industry standard way to track if an email has been opened. All modern CRM's use this same technique to track if an email has been opened and therefore no CRM is more accurate in tracking if an email has been opened.
RealtyJuggler also tracks if an email address is no longer in use, if someone has unsubscribed from your emails, as well as spam complaints. This information is located at "Main:Mail:Email Opt Out".
