Clearing your Internet Cookies & Cache
Google Chrome
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any web site other than RealtyJuggler.
- Select the icon that looks like three horizontal lines (the settings menu, located in the upper-right corner) then, "History", and "Clear Browsing Data"
- Select "the beginning of time" for the "Obliterate the following items from:" drop-down menu.
- Select the "Browsing History", "Download History" and "Cached Images and Files" check-boxes. Uncheck everything else.
- Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button.
Firefox
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any web site other than RealtyJuggler.
- From the "History" menu, select the "Clear Recent History" menu item.
- If you can't see the menu bar, then you can also click the saved history icon that looks like a 4 books on a shelf in the upper right corner and from there you can click on the "History" menu item and then the "Clear Recent History" sub-item.
- In the Time Range to Clear: drop down, select "Everything". Make sure that you have selected "Browsing & Download Hostory", "Cache", and "Forms & Search Data"
- Click on the "Clear Now" button.
iOS / iPAD / iPhone
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any web site other than RealtyJuggler.
- Launch Safari web browser and close all tabs
- Tap Home button to go to iPAD's Home screen. Tap on "Settings" icon.
- Scroll down to "Safari" item and tap on that.
- Tap on "Clear Cookies and Data".
- Launch Safari and sign into RealtyJuggler. Click on Refresh icon to right of web address. That's the arrow the points to itself.
Apple Safari
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any web site other than RealtyJuggler.
- MAC: Select "Clear History" from the "History" menu.
- WINDOWS: Select "Empty Cache..." menu item from the "Edit" menu.
- Click "Empty" in the dialog box.
Android
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any web site other than RealtyJuggler.
- Open your browser.
- Select Menu > More > Settings then "Clear Cache", and "Clear All Cookie Data"
Microsoft Edge
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any website other than RealtyJuggler.
- Open the Settings Menu - in the top right corner there are 3 dots in a row. Click to open a drop-down menu. Select "Settings" which is at the bottom.
- Find "Clear browsing data" - below that, click the button "Choose what to clear"
- You will have a list of checkboxes, some of them may be pre-checked. Make sure that you check "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" - the others are optional. Click the "Clear" button.
- Close Edge completely, and re-open.
Internet Explorer 9 or Later
- Make sure RealtyJuggler is not open. Go to any web site other than RealtyJuggler.
- Click on the gear (Tools) menu in the upper-right corner of the screen and select the "Internet Options" menu item. From Browsing History section, click the "Delete..." button.
- Make sure the "Preserve Favorites website data" option is NOT checked.
- Make sure that "Temporary Internet files" and "Cookies" check-boxes are checked and the other check-boxes are not checked.
- Click "Delete" button at bottom of window.
